息子Billyの親権を失い、職場ではボスのプレッシャーに晒されているDr. Curt Connorsは精神的に限界に来ていた。そしてボスが、Connorsの助手に手を出したことで、彼はついにキレてしまう。ConnorsはLizardとなり、研究所では６人の犠牲者を出してしまうことになる…。

Dr. Curt Connorsの暴走の裏には、Hunt親子が絡んでいるようです。
そんな殺伐とした雰囲気と平行して、Peterの、Black CatやCarlieとの恋の行方が描かれているのが、緩急があって印象的でした。
