Tony(Iron Man)とPeter(Spider-Man)が設計したデータを使い、"Sons of Wilbur Day"なる組織が兵器の建造を始めた。二人はその阻止に向かうが…。

通算500号記念号。
本筋には影響のない読み切り的なお話。
現在と未来の二つのストーリーとなっています。
現在では、Still Manを信奉しているSons of Wilbur Dayという組織の活動をIron ManとSpider-Manが二人で阻止します。
未来では、Mandarinが世界を支配。Tonyは囚われの身です。
Tonyの息子Howard IIはWar Machineに乗り正規軍、娘のGinnyは反乱軍にいて敵対関係となっています。
行き着く未来は、機械のない世界しかないようです。
