Felicia(Black Cat)は、仇であるKingpinを狙撃しようとしていた。ビルの窓の近くに立つKingpinに照準を合わせるFelicia。だが、そこに突如Mysterioが現れ、Kingpinを殺してしまったのだった…。

Gwenが戻ってきました。
Mayおばさんの家でずっと暮らしていく決心をした彼女は、Peterととの恋人関係を終わらせ、BFF(Best Friend Forever: 大親友）となる道を選んだのでした。

Peterを迎えに家のまん前に現れるIron Man。
このままでは、近所にPeterの正体がばれてしまいます。
追い出そうと躍起になるMayおばさん。
やっと気づき、道を尋ねたふりをして去っていくTonyがなんだか間抜けで面白かったです。

Kingpinを殺されてしまったFelicia。
しかし、彼女の目的はKinpinの命だけではなかったようです。
Kingpinの金庫から、Zodiac Keyを手に入れるFelicia。
それをMysterioも知っていて…。

いろいろ動き出しました、終焉に向けて。
次回から "Death of Spider-Man Prelude"編です。
