Lokiは、Balderに告げる。お前はOdinの息子だと。すなわち、Thor, Lokiとは兄弟ということになる。Thorにも確かめたが、やはり真実であったのだった。果たしてそれを告げたLokiの真意とは…？
Thorの無二の親友Balderが、Thorと母違いの兄弟ということが明らかになります。OdinとThorがそれを今まで明かさなかったのは、Balderを危険な目にあわせたくなかったからだそうです。
そしてLokiこそ、養子で血の繋がりがないことになります。そして、LokiがOdinの養子になるよう仕組んだのは、他ならぬLoki自身であったことも明らかになります。
また、ThorはCaptain Americaのお墓にも立ち寄ります。
"I have lived many ages of men, Steven. Centuries without end. I have seen many great men, and known countless honors. But the greatest honor of this ancient and tired soul has been the privilege of fighting beside you, and calling you my friend. May grace and peace be with you, to the end of all things."
そして、彼はこうも言います。
"The problem is, everybody talks about the death of Captain America, but nobody does anything about it."
そして彼なりの敬意の表明として、全世界の通信を雷により１分間だけ遮断します。Capに贈る束の間の平穏として…。
そして、この物語も例に洩れず、トータルナンバーに変更され、次は"Thor #600"となります。
