圧政と凶作に苦しむ一の村。救いを求める村人たちに下りたお告げ―闇に咲く赤い花が村を救う―。ひとりの若者が花を探しに旅立つ…。

舞台をベースにしているそうです。
そのせいか、マンガ的というか、シナリオっぽい感じです。
雰囲気はまんま「カムイ伝」。
活劇の部分は楽しめました。
でも、もうちょっと重厚さが欲しかったかな。
正太郎の行動はあまり納得できないなぁ。
