Grim Reeperにより、Captain Marvelは殺され、Visonも頭部を破壊されてしまう。逃げるDeathcryとYellow Jacketだが、Nekraに追いつかれるだけでなく、こともあろうにOlympus Groupビルの抜け道さえ見つかってしまう。意識を失っているAvengers全員を葬るため、Grim ReeperとNekraは総攻撃を仕掛ける！
後編。
Captain Marvelの中の宇宙意志（？）は、Deathcryと合体し、彼女はLifecryへと変身します。
ビルへと攻め込まれたため、Avengersの身体をQuinjetへと移動させます。
DruidはGrim Reeperに殺され、NekraとLifecryは相討ち。
壊れかけのVisonは、Grim Reeperを巻き込みながらビルと共に自爆。
脱出できたのは、SwordmanとYellow Jacketだけでした。
演出も構成も上手いとはいえないできだとは思います。
でも、Avengersを名乗る資格がないとコンプレックスを持つ人たちが懸命に頑張る姿には、胸打たれるものがありました。
