ずっと捉われていた亡霊をようやく葬り去った Charles Xavier は、人生の中で最も重要な存在である X-Men との和解の必要性を感じていた。だが、Scott Summers を最初にしたのは間違いだったのかもしれない。ましてや、Cyclops の意思に反し、彼の最悪の悪夢を呼び起そうとしていたのだから。
"X-Men: Manifest Destiny" シリーズ。
順番からすると、"Astonishing X-Men" を読みたいところですが、延期されているみたいでまだ完結していないので、やむなく飛ばしました。
結構地味な展開ながら、鋭いところを衝いていてなかなか面白かったです。しかも結構重要かも。
Professor が、過去の自分のした数々のことを見せられ、責められるのですが、これはかなりきついですね。
自分が Professor の立場だと思ったらぞっとします。
どんな拷問よりもイヤかも…。
