1933年ニューヨーク。Peter ParkerはDaily BugleでBen Urichの下に就いて働いていた。BenはNorman Osbornの悪事の証拠を集めていた。だがある日Peterは、BenがNormanを強請っているのを見かけてしまう…。

全４話。
これは完成度高いですね！面白い！
Peter, Ben, JJJ, Norman, Aunt May, Felica Hardy(Black Cat), Kraven, Chameleon, Vultureといったお馴染みのメンバーがうまく配置されています。
思いがけない立場の人もいたりして、ストーリーの先は予測がつかず、最後まで緊張感を持って楽しめました。（まったくそのままの人もいますが）
MJ, Harry, Gwenたちが出てこないのはちょっと残念ですが、それを差し引いても面白かったです。
スパイダーマンのコスチュームもこっちのほうがいいかも、とか思ったりして。
イラストも雰囲気出てて良かったです。
